This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Abelohost Affiliate Program (referred to hereafter as the "Affiliate Program" or "Services").

In this Agreement, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Abelohost. The terms "you," "your," "User," "customer," or "Affiliate" apply to any person or organization who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement does not grant any rights or benefits to third parties.

Abelohost reserves the exclusive right to alter, amend, or update the contents of this Agreement, along with any associated policies or linked agreements, at any time and entirely at its own discretion. Any such updates become effective the moment they are published on the Abelohost website (the "Site").

By continuing to access or use the Site or any associated Services following such changes—as indicated by the "Last Revised" date—you confirm your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not consent to the amended version of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the Site and Services immediately.

Please note: Abelohost may also, from time to time, send notifications of such changes via email. For this reason, it is your responsibility to ensure that your account details, particularly your email address, remain accurate and up to date. Abelohost cannot be held responsible for your failure to receive notices due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

Participation

To join the Abelohost Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the official application form available on the Abelohost website ("the Site"). Each application undergoes a manual review process. Abelohost reserves the exclusive right to approve or deny any application, for any reason and at its sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and we are not obligated to disclose the reasons behind a rejection.

Your responsibilities

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities:

You must provide complete and truthful information when registering and update it when necessary. This includes, but is not limited to: your contact information, payment and tax details, all URLs where Abelohost is being promoted, traffic sources, and marketing methods. We may request further clarification or documentation regarding your promotional channels (the websites that Abelohost is being promoted on) at any time. Failure to supply accurate or requested details may lead to temporary suspension, removal from the Affiliate Program, or forfeiture of any earned Commissions.

You are expected to act in good faith and refer only customers in good standing. A “customer in good standing” is defined as a referred user who: (1) provides valid personal information, (2) holds an active hosting account not flagged for fraud or abuse under Abelohost’s Terms of Service, and (3) keeps their account active for a minimum of 45 days without cancellation.

You must not make suggestions or take actions that could negatively impact Abelohost’s earnings or credibility. Using tactics that target unqualified leads or high-risk users is strictly prohibited.

All visual materials provided by Abelohost—including banners, logos, and buttons—must be used as provided. You are not permitted to alter, customize, or tamper with any branding or copyrighted elements without express written consent from Abelohost.

You are not allowed to place orders through your own affiliate links. Any activity where the IP address used to access the affiliate dashboard matches the IP of the referred purchase, or where VPNs are used to mask such behavior, will be flagged as a self-referral. This will result in the forfeiture of all earned Rewards and may lead to account termination. No exceptions will be made.

You are disallowed from engaging in any blackhat SEO/spam link building techniques, impersonating Abelohost, cookie insertion, Pay per Click/Impression advertising or other similar techniques in order to get more referrals. Using specific coupon codes issued to other Affiliates is also forbidden.

You must comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations governing advertising and promotional activity.

Affiliates are expected to uphold Abelohost’s reputation and avoid actions that could damage our public image or undermine our trust in you.

You may not use the Affiliate Program to promote or support violence, hatred, or discrimination toward any individual, group, or government.

If Abelohost identifies any violations of this agreement or anything else suggesting abuse of the program, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Affiliate account and withhold any unpaid Commissions.

If circumstances come to light after your enrollment that would have led Abelohost to reject your application, we reserve the right to immediately end our partnership and deny commission payments—including those accumulated prior to termination.

Advertising

As an Affiliate, you are only permitted to promote Abelohost using materials that have been expressly authorized by us. These approved materials—available through your affiliate dashboard—may include Abelohost’s logos, taglines, trademarks, and other branding assets. By entering into this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and display these materials on your own site strictly for the purpose of promoting Abelohost-owned websites and services. If this agreement is terminated by either party, that license will be immediately and automatically revoked without notice. You must then cease all use of Abelohost’s promotional assets and remove any related content from your platforms.

The following methods are considered unacceptable and may lead to suspension or termination of your affiliate account, along with forfeiture of any unpaid Commissions:

• Spamming or unauthorized distribution. This includes unsolicited emails, forum spamming, comment spamming, or unauthorized placements on message boards, newsgroups, or similar platforms.
• Unauthorized paid advertising. You may not run Pay Per Click (PPC) or Pay Per Impression (PPI) campaigns that bid on keywords containing “Abelohost” or any variation or misspelling thereof on search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing or others) without our explicit written consent. You are also prohibited from using the Abelohost website URL as the display link in paid ads and direct-linking or redirecting paid traffic to the Abelohost site.
• Copyright violations. Promoting Abelohost using plagiarized or non-original content, including infringing on third-party copyright or trademark rights, is strictly forbidden.
• Misrepresentation and brand impersonation. You may not impersonate Abelohost or present yourself as an official representative of our company.
• Unethical traffic generation. This includes but is not limited to using pay to read, pay to click, banner exchanges, click exchanges, PPV advertising, pop-up/under, or similar methods;
• Incentivized sales. Offering financial rewards, cashbacks, discounts, vouchers, or bonus items to entice purchases—without prior approval from Abelohost—is not permitted.
• Reputation harm. You may not use Abelohost’s name, branding, or promotional assets in a way that could damage our public image or brand perception.
• Deceptive tracking tactics. You must not use iframes or similar techniques to drop affiliate cookies without a legitimate user click or employ cloaking, masking, or hidden redirects to disguise your true traffic source or promote us through unapproved websites/networks.
• Offensive or restricted content. Websites participating in the Affiliate Program must not host or link to content that is illegal, explicit, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. This includes—but is not limited to—material involving hate speech, racism, bigotry, pornography or adult content, unlicensed use of copyrighted or trademarked material, or occult or satanic themes. Determining what content is considered objectionable will be at Abelohost’s sole discretion.
• Trademark violations in branding. You may not use the “Abelohost” name—or any close variation or misspelling of it—in your domain names, business names, product titles, logos or branding—unless you have been explicitly authorized in writing to do so by Abelohost.

Similarly, you are prohibited from using third-party brand names, trademarks, or domains in your branding or promotional efforts unless you’ve obtained proper authorization from the respective rights holders.

Abelohost retains full discretion in determining whether your advertising practices comply with the terms of this Agreement. Any promotional approach deemed inappropriate may lead to formal warnings, immediate suspension, or termination of your affiliate privileges, along with the cancellation of any Commissions owed.

Cookies

Affiliate referrals are tracked through browser cookies. When a user clicks on your affiliate link to visit the Abelohost website, a cookie is automatically placed in their browser. This cookie remains active for up to 30 days.

If the user previously had a different Abelohost affiliate cookie installed, your cookie will overwrite the earlier one. Please note that if a user deletes their cookies—intentionally or otherwise—Abelohost cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss in tracked referrals or commissions.

Commissions

We reserve the right to amend the commission structure or adjust the method of calculation at any time, without prior notice. Alternative commission plans may be considered upon request and are subject to individual review and approval by your Abelohost Account Manager.

Commission eligibility is contingent on the client maintaining their hosting account for at least 45 days without cancellation or refund. If a purchase is reversed or refunded within that time frame, no commission will be awarded for that transaction.

We reserve the right to examine all referred sales for signs of fraudulent behavior—whether initiated by you or by the referred Customer. During this review process, Abelohost may temporarily suspend Commission payments for up to 180 (one hundred eighty) days while the transaction(s) in question are investigated. This is to ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and with this Affiliate Agreement.

Furthermore, any commission funds that remain unclaimed or unwithdrawn for more than 2 (two) years will be considered expired and removed from your account balance.

Your relationship with Abelohost

This agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, or agency between you and Abelohost. Both parties act strictly as independent contractors, and both parties acknowledge this fact upon entering into this Agreement.

As an Affiliate, you are not authorized to speak on behalf of Abelohost, make commitments for the company, or imply that you represent us in any formal capacity. Any statements made on your platform(s) must be consistent with this status.

Account termination

You may request the termination of your affiliate account at any time by contacting us through the Affiliate Area. Upon processing your request, Abelohost will confirm the closure of your account. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason.

Once your account is terminated—whether voluntarily or by us—you are required to remove all Abelohost-branded materials (including links, logos, banners, trademarks, and slogans) from your website(s) within 3 (three) business days. This requirement survives the end of your participation in the program.

Following termination, you are prohibited from using any Abelohost intellectual property or brand assets and must avoid any action—directly or indirectly—that could harm the company’s reputation or interfere with its relationships with existing or potential customers.

Confidential information

By participating in this Affiliate Agreement, both parties acknowledge that they may gain access to certain non-public, sensitive, Confidential information belonging to the other. "Confidential Information" includes all technical, business, marketing, and operational data—such as processes, algorithms, methods, or any other documentation—shared in written, oral, or visual form and marked as "confidential" or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential based on the context of disclosure. Each party (the “Receiving Party”) agrees to the following terms regarding the other’s (the “Disclosing Party’s”) Confidential Information, during the term of this agreement and for five (5) years thereafter:

• Maintain strict confidentiality, applying at least the same level of care used for their own sensitive information;
• Not disclose the information to third parties, directly or indirectly;
• Use the information solely to fulfill obligations or exercise rights under this Affiliate Agreement.

Confidential Information may only be shared with employees or affiliates who require this access to fulfill their role, and who are bound to maintain confidentiality.

Further, the Receiving Party will be allowed to disclose Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party to the extent that such disclosure is approved in writing by the Disclosing Party or is required by law or by the order of a court or similar judicial or administrative body, provided that (to the extent permitted by law) the Receiving Party notifies the Disclosing Party of such required disclosure promptly and in writing and cooperates with the Disclosing Party, at the Disclosing Party’s reasonable request and expense, in any lawful action.

Exceptions to this confidentiality obligation include:

• Information that becomes public through no fault of the Receiving Part
• Information already known to the Receiving Party (independently of this agreement) without any confidentiality restriction.

Governing law

This Affiliate Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant Dutch courts.

Changes to the affiliate agreement

Abelohost reserves the right to amend, revise, or update the terms of this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to the Abelohost website.

The most current version of the agreement will always be publicly accessible on our site. If you do not agree to any amendments, you may terminate your affiliate account by notifying us within 10 business days from the date the changes take effect.
